We're looking for a

to join our front of house crew for a

minimum of 20 hours per week

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced in hospitality

or with strong people skills from similar fields like retail or performing arts.

Self-motivated

, proactive and quick to pick things up - we value people who notice what needs doing and just crack on.

Able to follow instructions the first time

, but also confident enough to use common sense when needed. Aged 18+ with

reliable transport

to and from the venue. Genuinely enjoys creating a great atmosphere for customers and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front of House Duties:

Waiting tables and providing excellent customer service with a warm, friendly manner. Bartending, including mixing cocktails and serving drinks. Making and serving coffees confidently.

2. Hygiene & Cleaning:

Keeping front of house areas clean, tidy and up to standard at all times. Pitching in on cleaning duties throughout the shift.

3. Initiative & Adaptability:

Stepping into whatever role is needed without hesitation. Using initiative to solve problems and make the team's life easier.

Shift Pattern:

Typically

lunch (usually 12pm-2:30pm)

shifts. Some

split shifts
