Casual, Variable Hours, working as and when required - Term Time only.

We are currently recruiting General Kitchen Assistants to work in various school kitchens throughout the borough working on a casual basis.

General Kitchen Assistants typically work around 10 - 15 hours per week, around the lunch time period (approx. 11am - 1pm).

You will be required to assist in:

The preparation, cooking and service of meals.

Ensuring that all hygiene standards are maintained and that food rooms and associated areas are cleaned to a required standard.

The post requires possession of a Food Safety Certificate Level 2 or willingness to undertake available training to attain certificate

A uniform will be provided.
