We're on the lookout for a Casual Health Club Receptionist who brings good energy, great attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable first impressions.



At our Health Club, you're not just "on reception" - you're the friendly face who sets the tone for someone's entire day.

Your Role

Greet guests and members like they're old friends (even if they're brand new) Keep things running smoothly at the front desk - bookings, schedules, and guest queries Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and serious efficiency Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator and natural people-person Someone organised, dependable and calm under pressure - even on busy days A genuine interest in wellness, fitness and making people feel good A team player who wants to be part of a fun, supportive and social work environment
You don't need tons of experience - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Basic hourly rate = 12.21 plus 12.07% holiday accrual = total hourly rate of 13.68
