We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Vale Resort

as a Casual Hotel Receptionist.

We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist with a genuine passion to provide our guests a 5experience. The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing with exceptional customer service skills.

About the Role:

Working as part of the reception team you will ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell when they visit the resort. Duties include:

Warmly welcoming guests to the resort and checking them in and out efficiently

Provide guests with information about the resort, services and local attractions

Manage payments, invoices and keep the system up to date

Work flexibly including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Provide pick up and drop off service between Hensol Castle and The Vale Resort

About you:

You'll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport

Commitment to working as a team, coordinating with other departments across the resort

Ability to multi-task and able to remain calm under pressure

Proficient with using reservation booking systems

Leekes Retail was established in 1897 as an ironmonger in the Welsh Valleys and the group has grown and diversified over the last 120 years.

two four-star hotels - the Vale Resort and a 17th century grade I listed castle Hensol Castle in addition to a gin distillery and visitor centre.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
