Are you looking to be part of an exciting new kitchen start-up in central Hertford? We're looking for people to join us on a journey where fresh great-tasting food comes first.


This role would suit someone looking to start their kitchen career, or an experienced kitchen assistant looking to be part of our incredible venue- BEAM.

What will you be doing?

Assist the Kitchen Manager and team with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping) Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Support with plating and serving food as needed, and to agreed specifications. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, completing due diligence as required.

About you

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks. Willingness to learn and take direction.
