From keeping the kitchen sparkling clean to ensuring everything is in its place, your role is crucial to the smooth flow of every service.

Kitchen experience The ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace Food hygiene level 2

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES YOU CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Operate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures Clean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required Ensure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment Make sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times Make sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
