Featuring a large Sports Hall, a Floodlit Synthetic Pitch, and a purpose-built 350-seat Theatre, the Centre, alongside other school amenities, actively drives Arts, Sports, and Adult Education in North Dudley. Casual Leisure/Bar/Theatre Assistant - Join Our Team at The Dormston Centre
We are seeking motivated and adaptable individuals to fill multiple Casual Leisure/Bar/Theatre Assistant positions within our busy and popular Leisure Centre and Theatre who possess
Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues, with a friendly and approachable manner. You should be a good listener and able to convey information accurately.
Ability to Work Under Pressure: The capacity to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods in the bar or during theatre intervals. You should be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
Proactive and Responsible Attitude: A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and understands the importance of reliability and punctuality. You should be able to work with minimal supervision when required.
Flexibility and Availability: The ability to work flexibly across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime hours, to meet the needs of the business. Availability during peak times and special events is essential.
