As a

Casual Night Supervisor

, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Ensure the highest security standards are stringently adhered to regarding guests', colleagues', and apartment property.

Oversee courier, postal and other deliveries for all incoming and outgoing goods.

Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Be present in the lobby when required, greeting and assisting guests in a polite and friendly manner in line with our LQA & AA Standards

Anticipate guest needs, providing personalised service to our guests by using guest history where possible.
