Leisure Services require a number of individuals to undertake Casual Recreation - Level 1 roles at a variety of facilities across the Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough.





Accountable to facility management, you will be responsible for the provision of leisure activities for the general public at each facility.





Primarily the role will be focused on delivering excellent customer service to all visitors and to ensure all activities are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. You will provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, whilst adhering to the safe operating procedures of the facility.





At facilities with swimming pools, a key part of the role will be supervision of swimmers. At these facilities, you must possess a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.



You will be required to safely set up and take down equipment at all sites within a busy environment.
