Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and sales-driven individual to join our retail team as a Casual Shop Manager across a number of our charity shop locations.


Each of our shops has a unique identity within its local community, and as a Casual Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding our high-quality reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Step in as Shop Manager during periods of absence (e.g. holidays, sickness) Provide support for operational needs as required Maximise sales and profits while working towards key shop objectives Deliver the highest standards of customer service Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness Support in the recruitment, supervision, training, and motivation of volunteers Promote and ensure the capture of Gift Aid from donated goods

Skills & Experience

Retail management experience An interest in and / or experience of working with sustainable fashion Experience of managing and inspiring a diverse team of people Excellent organisational skills Understanding, respect and consideration for others at all times A good knowledge of email, MS Office and the internet A 'can do' approach to work Someone who communicates well, both verbally and in writing And ideally experience of working within charity retail
