We are currently looking for a

Casual Spa Attendant

to join our team of associates in the

Sense Spa

at Rosewood London. Our

Casual Spa Attendants

are appointed to create memorable experiences for our guests' by carrying out the cleaning, tidying and maintaining the hygiene throughout the Spa.

Key expectations of this role are

Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Rosewood standards. Collecting and distributing laundry, guest supplies and amenities. Being aware and comply with Health and Safety within the Spa upholding these to both guests and associates. Supporting our Spa associates with the service of food and beverages.

Profile

The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others. Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks. Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience. Possessing a calm and engaging nature.
