The Role:
As a Spa Receptionist you will play a key role in the experienece and welcoming of our guests.Every detail you deliver becomes a memory our guests carry with them.
Working alongside a team that values warmth, anticipation, and craftsmanship, you will also embody Maybourne's commitment to putting people at our heart, staying two steps ahead, and making the magic happen.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all bookings ensuring these are effectively managed.
Promote and recommend retail products to guests based on individual needs and treatments undertaken.
Provide an efficient and consistently high standard of cleanliness in the Spa and become familiar with the Guest Journey in order to complete the sequence of service in prompt, efficient and systematic manner, paying attention to LQA and Forbes standards.
