We are seeking a casual staff member to pick up various shifts throughout the week/weekend. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn the various departments and a passion for hospitality, ensuring the customers have an fun, enjoyable experience. This role requires a hands-on open minded approach, dealing with daily tasks, running various positions within the bingo club.
Duties
Ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
Working across various departments, including bartending, cooking, selling of tickets and even calling the bingo.
Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain the guidelines.
Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.
Experience
Bingo background would be preferred but not essential.
The ability to work within a team as well as individually effectively.
Previous experience within bar/kitchen work or knowledge of this area would be advantageous.
Great communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.
