The Role
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Level 2 Swimming Instructors to join our team. You will play an important part in helping children and adults develop confidence, water safety awareness and strong swimming skills. This is a rewarding position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly and can create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
As part of the Rubicon team, you will deliver high quality swim lessons in line with our swimming framework and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, structured swimming lessons to children and adults of varying abilities
Ensure a safe poolside environment and maintain high standards of supervision
Provide clear instruction, feedback and progression support to all participants
Complete lesson registers, assessments and progression reports accurately
Support the Swim Academy team in maintaining high standards of customer service
Promote water confidence, safety and enjoyment throughout all sessions
Represent Rubicon Leisure in a professional, friendly and supportive manner

A qualified level 2 and above swimming instructor
Someone reliable, enthusiastic and confident working with groups
A strong communicator who can motivate and support swimmers of all ages
