We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable

Supply Teaching Assistants

to join our team, providing classroom support across the school on a

casual, as-and-when-required

basis to cover staff absences.

The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning and wellbeing across all areas of the curriculum. You may work with whole classes, small groups, or individual pupils to help them engage with learning and make good progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Support pupils with additional needs, as required Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials Promote positive behaviour in line with the school s policies

About You

We are looking for someone who is:


Experienced in working with children in a school or childcare setting Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different year groups and situations Caring, patient, and supportive of children s needs A good communicator and team player Committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
To be considered for this role you MUST have a Teaching Assistant qualification.
