Hey there, awesome humans! We're Jemima and Xander, the queer and neurodivergent duo behind

XW3D

, where we create joyful

3D printed flexi sensory toys and fidgets

. We're growing super fast and need some like-minded, flexible folk to join our vibrant team on a casual, freelance basis!

The Gig: Flexible, Freelance & Fun!

This isn't a full-time commitment - think of it as a fantastic side quest! We're building a pool of casual support staff for

as-and-when-needed

work, perfect for

students, freelancers, or anyone looking to supplement their income

with flexible hours. There are

no guaranteed hours

, and this role isn't suitable as your primary source of income.

You'll be our behind-the-scenes logistical wizard and operations ace, helping us primarily from our

Cambridge base

and at events

across London and East Anglia

. Your missions will include:

Loading & Unloading:

Getting our gear safely into and out of the van.

Stock Checks & General Admin:

Keeping our awesome products accounted for and helping with various non-customer-facing tasks.

Event Set-Up & Take-Down Support:

Assisting with physical tasks like marquee assembly and repacking, often involving early starts or late finishes.

Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence:

The Nitty-Gritty

Pay:

15 per hour

Hours:

Flexible and on-demand - no guaranteed hours.

Sole Trader Status:

You must be

registered as a sole trader

or willing to register before starting.

Interviews:

Successful applicants will be invited to a
