Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest services is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for culinary arts and an understanding of food safety practices are desirable.
