Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the cash register and process payments
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Skills:
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Ability to sanitize work areas and maintain cleanliness standards

Note: Previous experience as a server is desired. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.85 per hour
