We're currently looking for a
Driver Trainer
to join our International Timber / Stark team here in Grangemouth. You will be responsible for supporting, developing and administering all areas of driver development training.The role will be incorporated within a driver's role operating Monday to Friday but taken off the road as and when required, some flexibility to operate on different shift patterns is essential. In return we will be offering a competative hourly rate of 15.15 per hour based on 50 hours per week.
What you'll do on a typical day:
Full Training will be given. Deliver required training and support site with their on-going training requirements. Delivering goods to stores throughout Scotland and into the North East of the UK. Deliver on-going CPC courses to our Driver workforce Keeping accurate records of training and compliance Carrying out risk assessment and ensuring that safe driving practices are forefront
What you need to succeed at XPO:
HGV C+E Class 1 licence H&S awareness. Good Communication skills along with the willingness to learn and develop your presentation skills.
