An exciting opportunity exists to join Stonegate Group's Insight and Commercial Planning Team as Category & Insight Manager - MiXR, to help shape the future of consumer experience in pubs, bars, and venues.
You will be at the heart of a new category and planning function within the Marketing team, working exclusively on our innovative and market leading insight and media platform, MiXR. This role will be a hybrid of internal stakeholder engagement along with building strong consultative relationships with suppliers and advertising partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the MiXR commercial team, leading the day-to-day delivery of media measurement and insight-to-action media plans.
Present externally to suppliers to support the MiXR partnership sales team to upsell future media campaigns.
Make complex data simple and compelling, pro-actively seeking out actionable insights for partners.
Work closely with internal partners in marketing and procurement to ensure MiXR data and insights are embraced in all levels of business decisions.
Work in partnership with our data science colleagues to further build hospitality's first ever 1st party data insight platform.
Support the Head of Insights to further expand this into a monetizable insight platform, building a commercial strategy to enable ongoing incremental revenue generation from Stonegate's diverse range of suppliers.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Strong previous experience in marketing, data, finance and insights.
Ability to create clear and compelling insights, to create clarity out of ambiguity.
Confident building a network of internal and external stakeholders across functions and seniority.
Ability to turn insights in to monetizable opportunities.
Experience of working with insight capabilities (i.e. dunnhumby Shop, Kantar, Nectar360, etc) is desirable.
Excellent communications skills, with the ability to present to others (small & large groups) in engaging and impactful way.
Ability to bridge data science and marketing teams towards a common goal.
Highly influential and consistently focussed on creating positive change.
Thrive in an autonomous and fast-moving environment, able to adapt a plan with pace.
Commercially savvy, able to tease out new opportunities from advertising partners through insights.
Be an active ambassador for the MiXR project, both internally and externally.
Excellent project management skills.
