We are looking to recruit a Client Insight Manager responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable insights across various data sources. This role will form a key element of our reporting framework and oversee the development of dashboards, performance reports, and analytical deep-dives that inform strategic and operational planning. You'll play a pivotal role in translating data into stories and recommendations, aligning key stakeholders around data-driven opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Insight & Analysis:
Lead the delivery of consumer, commercial, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape analytical approaches accordingly.
Conduct root cause analyses and market trend evaluations, delivering actionable insights that influence planning, product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Translate complex data sets into clear narratives with recommended actions.
Reporting & Dashboard Management:
Develop and maintain business-critical reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance of performance metrics and KPIs across all business functions.
Automate regular reports to improve efficiency and self-serve capabilities.
Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle - from scoping requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the central point of contact for insight requests from internal stakeholders.
Present findings to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment of insight efforts with business priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Some experience with statistical or data analysis tools (e.g. R, Python, SPSS) is a plus but not essential
Analytical:
Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and visualise data from multiple sources.
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex data.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation abilities - able to deliver compelling data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders.
Ability to simplify complex findings for non-technical audiences.
Organisational:
High attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years' experience in an insight, analytics, or reporting role, ideally within a commercial or consumer-focused business.
Experience working in or with retail, FMCG, travel, or e-commerce sectors is desirable.
