MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Form a brand portfolio and SKUs on the market, analyze the assortment and competitors Launch new products and adapt existing ones - from idea to implementation Organize certification, adapt labeling, packaging according to local requirements Work with R&D and external partners on innovations Plan marketing support: ATL, BTL, POSM, trade marketing Work with contractors: tenders, production, documentary support Participate in international exhibitions: organization, implementation, contacts Form prices, specifications, terms of cooperation with partners, support for importers and distributors Coordinate logistics, equipment relocation and work with unique raw materials Work with databases: Nielsen, MRC, Global Data Conduct and support research, potential market analysis Optimize the product line and calculate the effectiveness of models

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Higher education (marketing / economics) Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing manager / brand manager (preferably with European markets) Experience in independent project management Fluency in English Confident user of Excel (pivot tables) Understanding of the principles of pricing, assortment analysis, key brand indicators Basic understanding of Nielsen, MRC data, internal company reports
