We are seeking a motivated Catering Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our catering department.

About the role





Working to provide support for the Catering Management team, taking on tasks and providing front line customer service in the administration side of the catering department. This role requires to be in the office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), shift hours will be between 8am and 4pm.



To carry out administrative and supportive tasks to ensure there is a full workflow within the catering department in all aspects.


Provide first contact for those requesting hospitality via the hospitality inbox, allocating follow up emails to members of management and communicating with customers. Adding requests, where possible, into the hospitality diary relevant to site, making sure all the information is clear and correct. Checking for additional changes and updating systems and communicate with relevant teams. Creating daily menu posters, hospitality menus and hospitality cards as needed and delivered to the relevant areas and other administrative tasks. Filling out the hospitality finance form, using Systopia software systems to gather the data required. Making sure this is ready to be sent in a timely manner. Running daily reports of sales, Hospitality usage to update data sheets. Supporting the Catering Manager with sales reports, finance sheet, catering temps' records and invoices processes on various systems. Work on the Catering floor, using the till and supporting the catering department as and when business demands required. Following Food Hygiene practices and wearing the appropriate uniform for floor working. Supporting the Catering Manager in managing, maintaining, and updating the Catering Connect page to ensure all relevant information is accurate and up to date. Supporting the Catering Manager in raising POs on SAP and monitoring invoices.

About you





You will have proven experience in administrative tasks, including sales order processing and be familiar with catering and hospitality practices.



You will exhibit positivity and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve excellent results, embrace change and display a proactive approach to learning new skills.



You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
