Job Description
Fork and Field Catering is a catering company based in the heart of Cheshire. Hosting over 250 weddings and events per year, we are always pushing to achieve the highest standards of food, drink and service. We are now looking to expand our Catering team.
As a Catering Staff member, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of food and beverages at off-site locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events.
- Service drinks over the event bar
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, culinary, or hotel setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
