Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for customers. Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and refreshments. Provide excellent customer services by responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting shortages as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
