Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items for events and functions. Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during events. Set up and dismantle catering equipment as required for various functions. Provide support in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed. Engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high hygiene standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team. Experience as a barista or in food preparation is an advantage. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the catering industry.
