Duties

Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with health and safety standards Serve food and beverages courteously to resident's during meal times Set up and clear catering areas efficiently before and after meals Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas throughout shifts Support in organising catering supplies, equipment, and utensils for smooth operation Ensure adherence to food safety regulations at all times Provide excellent services by attending to resident needs promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of catering services

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or care home environments Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy setting Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or evenings if required Experience in care home or culinary settings is advantageous but not essential Good organisational skills and attention to detail are vital for success in this role

Pay: From 12.28 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 31.5 per week
