Landau Forte Academy Tamworth Sixth Form & QEMS are popular oversubscribed academies in Tamworth. QEMS was judged as GOOD by Ofsted in September 2022. Tamworth Sixth Form was judged as GOOD with OUTSTANDING features in November 2024. You will be supported in your career through our extensive CPD programme including the opportunity to complete nationally recognised qualifications. We are looking to recruit additional members of staff to our Catering team.

: 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm

: Term Time + 3 Inset days (45.03 weeks)

: Maternity Cover (26th August 2025 to 1st June 2026)

: 12.21ph

Assist with the preparation, setting up and serving of meals in line with food hygiene regulations Ensure compliance with food hygiene and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations at all times Provide customer focussed service, which is courteous and responsive and meets the needs of the customers at all times To undertake washing up and cleaning duties in the kitchen To work as part of a team To safely operate kitchen equipment at all times To report and identify repair of kitchen equipment immediately on detention to the Catering Manager To report and accidents and incidents to the Catering Manager To assist in the security of the catering area at all times To maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and appearance Undertake such duties as may be considered appropriate by the Catering Manager in line with the needs of the service

Landau Forte Academy QEMS and Tamworth Sixth Form



Landau Forte Academy QEMS joined the Landau Forte Charitable Trust in September 2011 and delivers education to 11-16 year olds. Landau Forte Academy Sixth Form is a purpose-built establishment providing Level 3 courses, both Advanced Level and Applied qualifications, for the whole of Tamworth and beyond. The academies are located on a shared campus, but both operate from their own facilities. Both QEMS and Tamworth Sixth Form are oversubscribed.
