Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the catering area, including equipment and utensils. Support the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all items are accounted for. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during events. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering or food service is highly desirable. Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety practices. Experience in a restaurant environment is an advantage, including barista skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
