Catering Assistant

Duties:

- Set up and break down of catering stations
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Assist with serving food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food and beverages
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies

Skills:

- Hospitality: Ability to provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to follow recipes
- Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is a plus
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling procedures and knowledge of food safety regulations
