As a

Catering Assistant

, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food service across all our catering areas. From welcoming guests with a smile to ensuring every plate meets the highest standards, you'll help create memorable experiences for every visitor.

What You'll Do

Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Always maintain top standards of hygiene and safety. Support menu preparation and share ideas for improvement. Operate tills accurately and follow cash handling procedures. Assist with special events and occasional evening/weekend shifts. Work flexibly across other areas when needed, including retail. Help us maximize sales through upselling and great customer care.

What We're Looking For

A passion for customer service and teamwork. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. Previous catering or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided!

Job Type:

Part-time Zero Hours Contract Flexible hours, including midweek, weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
