An exciting opportunity has arisen at Downfield Golf Club as we are inviting applications for our Catering Franchise.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Caterer to deliver outstanding services at our extremely busy Club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and catering, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and a commitment to food safety.
This self employed role involves preparing and serving food for various events, managing your own team and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.
The Club is one of Scotland's finest parkland golf courses and is synonymous with hosting large golf events. From National tournaments to large corporate golf days, Downfield Golf Club requires a passionate and experienced Catering Team to deliver exceptional food services to a wide range of clients consisting of members, guests, golfing visitors and group bookings.
The franchise is a self-employed role; however, the Club are on hand to support the franchisee and develop a wonderful working relationship, capable of providing memorable culinary experiences.
With a dining room and new refurbished large main lounge, the club can seat in excess of 120 people and boasts outstanding views over the golf course.
What we are looking for:
An individual or team who can deliver first class food services on a day-to-day basis
An organised catering franchisee who can execute events merging the food opportunities with our beverage department and integrating these with a busy golf and social calendar
An excellent communicator with proven staff management skills
Hold the appropriate food preparation and health & hygiene certificates
A team capable of delivering enjoyable catering through to fine dining and special experiences
The Club is member owned and has an exceptionally high footfall of golfers consisting of members and guests. We are looking to enhance our clubhouse customer experience.
