Are you a passionate leader with a flair for food service and team management? We're looking for an experienced

Catering Manager

to oversee operations at PWG Barracks. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll ensure top-quality food, service, and compliance across all units.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to assist culinary teams within the kitchen when required Lead and support catering teams across multiple locations Manage budgets, inventories, and operational KPIs Ensure accurate end-of-week/month accounts and internal audits Drive customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities Maintain high standards in food quality, health & safety, and team training

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of management experience in catering or a similar field Culinary background Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills A passion for great food and outstanding service Organised, motivated, and ready to inspire others
