Dalkia UK, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Catering Manager based at Irlam and Cadishead school. This is a permanent position with a 30 hour per week contract. You will oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of catering services for our client as well as being responsible for managing a team to ensure high-quality food production and service delivery.What can we offer you?

Daily duties
Co-ordinate and plan catering operations on site Set up and take down dining furniture Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking, assisting as and when required Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Manage team members, providing guidance and support Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service Responsible for the security of the till and unit money Carry out regular audits Be highly visible and first point of contact for the school Maintain stock, supplies and equipment Monitor catering budgets and expenses, attending review meetings with regional manager, school and relevant authorities

Monday-Friday 08:30-14:30 Term time only
