Overview
We are seeking a skilled Caterer to join our team and deliver exceptional catering services for various events. The ideal candidate will have a background in catering, hospitality, or culinary arts, with a passion for providing top-notch guest services.
Duties
- Prepare and present a variety of food items for events
- Coordinate with clients to plan menus that meet their needs and preferences
- Set up and decorate event spaces to create an inviting atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to throughout the catering process
- Assist with bartending duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
