Job Vacancy: Event Catering Staff (Summer Festivals)

We are looking for two, strong, reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking people to join our team at

Le Cafe Crepe

, working in our food stalls at festivals across the country this summer.

The right people will be joining us before the event to build the stall, unloading a lorry, lifting and shifting equipment, it's manual work to build the stall, then they'll be preparation including making pizza dough or chopping vegetables - this will all before the event opens. After the event everything needs to be cleaned and then broken down and loaded back on to the lorry.

All this after a busy, tiring event - the right people will have stamina, be strong and physically fit and able.

You must be available for these dates -

4th - 12th August

19th - 26th August

More about the role -

You'll be part of a small, friendly team serving a variety of food and drinks, including freshly made crepes and barista coffee, handmade pizzas and noodles.

Your duties will include:

Serving customers and providing excellent front-of-house service. Preparing and cooking food. Keeping the stall clean, tidy, and well-stocked. General cleaning and hygiene duties. Building and breaking down the stall at each event. Additional work may be available at our base, loading vehicles and preparing equipment.

Who We're Looking For:

Aged 18+ with your own transport (preferred). Reliable, friendly, and fun with a positive attitude. Able to work well under pressure and stay cheerful in a busy, fast-paced environment. Physically fit with good stamina, you'll have to unload, reload and build the stall with us and you'll be on your feet for long shifts and working outdoors, often in unpredictable weather. Happy to camp at events (camping is on-site behind our stall).

What to Expect:

Long hours and hard graft

- we pack a lot of work into a short space of time, and shifts can be long, especially on event days. This job

isn't for the faint-hearted

- you'll be working long days, often in fields, and camping overnight. This is

work, not a free festival ticket

- if you want to attend the festival as a guest, you'll need to buy a ticket! In return, you'll enjoy a fun atmosphere, great team spirit, and the chance to earn good money over a short period of time.
