Caversham, nr Reading RG4: Nanny/Housekeeper Needed

Fun and friendly family based in Caversham are seeking a reliable nanny/housekeeper to start from September. Please note, this is a maternity cover position for a minimum of six months.

You will be responsible for two girls, aged 6 and 8 years, so previous experience with children of a similar age essential.

Total hours offered are between 30-40 hours per week, of which a Monday and a Thursday will be 7.15am - 6.15pm. The other days of the week are negotiable and the family are flexible on the final agreement for the right candidate.

- Nanny duties involve helping with morning routines, taking the children to school and collecting from school or clubs, organising the children's school things for the next day, supporting with homework and planning activities.

- Housekeeping duties (when children at school) are preparing meals, light laundry, hoover/dusting, as well as a daily walk with the family's well behaved and lovable dog.

You will also need the right to work in the UK, a clean driving license (car supplied on duty), plus excellent checkable references, current first aid certificate and a recent DBS essential. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
