We are currently recruiting for a C & B Billing Co-ordinator to join the Finance Team at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

As a C & B Billing Co-ordinator you will manage all enquires efficiently and will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have credit available. You will ensure that revenue is posted accurately and efficiently. You will ensure that invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner and will be responsible for deposit handling. You will ensure that all block information is complete and up to date in Opera and will take appropriate action to resolve any queries you have. You will manage and settle all C & B paymasters within 5 days and will follow up as necessary. You will take ownership of following up on non arrival bookings and will record the charges made or waived as per Front of House Standards. You will assist with the daily completion of all administration tasks within the department. You will provide support to the hotel for all general C & B Billing.

About You:

Some previous experience in a Finance or similar role would be useful. Are able to proactively prioritise the needs of the role Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff. Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational skills. Client focused approach to work. IT literate.
