We are currently recruiting for a a C & B Billing Co-ordinator to join the team with Edwardian Hotels London.


Overview:

The role of Billing Coordinator takes on the responsibility for participating in the development of food, beverage and rooms financial goals and ensuring they are aligned with the objectives of the hotel. Supporting the C&B coordinators, sales and operation teams with information on accounting, contracting, pro - forma invoice preparation, payments and any other information required. Assisting in developing relevant budgets and forecasts for the sales team. Reviewing and analysing financial objectives in conjunction with the Hotel Financial Controller checking all the control accounts.
Helping out with the annual audit with the external auditors in preparing balance sheet.

About You:

Working knowledge of Opera. Previous experience in billings within hotel environment is desirable but not essential. A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff. Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organisational skills. Client focused approach to work.
IT literate.
