C&B Supervisor

, you'll take the lead in delivering professional, well-coordinated events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate C&B team during events and set-up Ensure all spaces are prepared according to event specifications Communicate clearly with kitchen and event organisers Train, support, and motivate team members Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction during functions Troubleshoot issues and respond to guest requests Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation Oversee inventory of event equipment and supplies Contribute to post-event feedback and improvement planning
