Job Description

JSL Services Ltd are currently seeking a Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.

Day To Day Responsibilities of The Role:

Install, maintain, and commission CCTV / security systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with the CCTV, Intruder alarms and security systems we use.

Provide technical support to commercial and private customers as needed.

Understanding the end user's needs and fulfilling all jobs required.

Keep accurate records of all work completed.

Carry out all paperwork and electronic reporting to the service team promptly.

Always present a professional appearance.

Must Have Experience Required / Certifications Required:

Minimum experience of 6 months in CCTV & Security Engineering

Knowledge of CCTV and/or security system installation techniques, equipment, and tools.

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (seldom required but not to be ruled out)

Attend and undertake servicing of our security systems, access, IP CCTV and VMS Platforms.

Attend and undertake servicing/ installation of security systems, CCTV and Intruder Alarms.

Solution finding and problem-solving mentality and methodology.

Meet deadlines, including predefined target times, first fix dates.

Communicate clearly and concisely with the service team and management regarding customer issues or site problems.

Awareness of Health & Safety.

Job Type:

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Permanent.
