We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic hard-working and conscientious individual to provide CCTV and control duties.

To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective proactive CCTV and Control Room monitoring services to assist with the reduction of anti-social behavior, crime and the fear of crime, in accordance with specified operating procedures and code of practice being responsive to legislative and regulatory change.

To ensure an effective call management service is in operation for receiving out of hour's emergency calls from the public, members, partners, or other services. The contact point will provide a proactive call monitoring service with the appropriate stakeholders on call staff.
