Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Drainage Engineer at Drains UK 2000 Ltd, located in York.

About the Role:

Location: York, covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, overtime expected when required. Rate of pay: dependent on experience You will be already be trained and familiar with CCTV drainage investigation equipment to enable accurate coding to the water industry standards. Consideration will be given to semi skilled CCTV drainage equipment operatives.
Responsibilities and Duties

Be experienced in the drainage trade Receiving work instructions/mapping and delivering on clients' requests. Extensive knowledge using Minicam system and to be able to Quality check and produce high standard Survey reports. (or equivalent) o Identifying opportunities for further works ie. Patching/Line Cleaning etc Strong problem-solving abilities. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence Be well organised and have a positive attitude Strong work ethic Good communication skills
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years CCTV Drainage Engineer experience

OS19X: Pipe Sewer Condition Classification' and/or 'OS24: Drain & Sewer Inspection' qualifications preferred but not essential - training will be provided. Experience in all aspects of above and below ground drainage systems, blockage clearance, mechanical and HPWJ. Water jetting Safety Awareness and Drain & Sewer Cleaning' qualification preferred but not essential - training will be provided.
