CCTV / Drainage Investigations Crew Leader

RPS are seeking an experienced CCTV / Drainage Investigation Crew Leader to lead a 2 person team, carrying out CCTV surveys of the drainage network for our clients across Northern Ireland. The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience. Overtime rates and benefits are available.

What you\'ll be doing

This role focuses on using state of the art CCTV survey equipment to survey the sewer network to identify defects and provide data to our clients. Previous experience in a related role is essential.

The successful applicant will be experienced in working in confined spaces and highway working, ideally holding both a Confined Spaces Certificate and NRSWA Signing Lighting & Guarding qualification.

This is a customer facing role requiring excellent customer service skills. Applicants must have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines. Please note that the work will be outdoors in all weather conditions and will involve the manual handling of manhole chamber covers and other heavy items. Due to the nature of the work, flexibility regarding working hours is essential. This includes occasional Saturday work, early starts and late finishes as required. Overtime rates are paid accordingly.

Who we\'re looking for?

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to complete paperwork accurately and annotate plans

\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 2years\' experience in a drainage related role, coupled with the ability to accurately navigate the drainage network using the GIS mapping provided

\xc2\xb7 Detailed knowledge of both public sewer networks and domestic drainage systems

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and accurate record-keeping capabilities

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable track record of reliability and flexibility

\xc2\xb7 Full UK driving licence

\xc2\xb7 CCTV experience is essential
