About Us:

Millennium Security is a leading provider of advanced CCTV security solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to our valued clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior CCTV Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bedford.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, Service, and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of CCTV security products to ensure optimal performance.

- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.

- Technical Expertise: Utilise in-depth technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of system functionality and reliability.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in CCTV installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding.

- Skills: Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions, Knowledge of setting up cameras. Hikvision experience is essential.

- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both team members and customers.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.

- Must be able to work at low to medium level heights.

- Occasional working away.

- Live within easy access to our office.

- Full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.

- Must be able to pass a DBS check.

- Positive attitude towards personal development.
