This post holder will assist in providing a 24 hour/365 days a year service on a shift rota basis (N.B. this includes Night, Weekend, and Bank Holiday working).
Swansea Council has recently upgraded the Corporate CCTV system and are looking to appoint a CCTV Monitoring Officer to provide monitoring services assisting Swansea residents, Council Departments, and relevant partner agencies.
The post holder will require a high level of flexibility, accurate record keeping, be team focused, and demonstrate attention to detail.
The duties will include liaison with Police and emergency services regarding incidents and occurrences and can include handling sensitive and confidential information.
