The VacancyWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven administrative, IT and organisational skills to work 2 days per week (potentially Mondays and Tuesdays).The Assessment & Monitoring Officer will support the School Transport Manager by monitoring all school transport routes and contractors and carry out risk assessments for students on such transport.The postholder will also undertake routine monitoring checks, outside of the office (full driving licence is required) deal with complaints in a sympathetic manner, as well as routine clerical duties, collate and prepare statistical information and deal with routine telephone calls.The postholder must be able to work as part of a team but also be able to prioritise their own workload and work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
