Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CCTV Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations within the control room, Working as a team or independently. Ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, be able to use your initiative to make decisions quickly while keeping keen attention to detail.Duties
Alarm monitoring. Communicate effectively with clients, key holders and emergency services. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Completing shift reports. Completing check sheets to make sure cameras are working across the sites we monitor.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential. Control Room experience is advantageous, but training will be provided. CCTV license is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service experience is preferred. A commitment to maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer service.
Schedule
12-hour shift. Day shift and night shift rotation. Monday to Sunday. Weekend availability. Overtime and holiday cover.
