Mitie

IKEA Security Operations Centre

and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting

Main Duties

To supervise the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team Report and present to the Account manager and Client Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone Input of security and crime incident data into a central database Providing a high level of customer service to our client Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload Committed and motivated Experience of working as part of a team Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic + 31,749 per annum working a 4 on 4 off shift Patten + Varied shifts of 11 Hours Monday to Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 5:30pm
