Job Description

A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking a proactive CDM Principal Designer to support on an exciting variety of commercial and residential schemes. The business has seen consistent success and is now expanding its CDM team to support further growth across London and the Southeast.
The CDM Principal Designer's role
You will support the delivery of Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015 regulations, attending design meetings, liaising with architects and contractors, and reviewing pre-construction documentation. This CDM Principal Designer position provides excellent career development and mentoring within a supportive team environment.
The CDM Principal Designer

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM Principal Designer role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Membership of APS or IOSH (preferred)
